Once you are satisfied with the rules, you can schedule regular "maintenance" windows where new files get organized. This can be done daily, weekly or monthly. It's up to you!

Yes, we will be first releasing a MacOS app. This is required in order to connect to your computer. You connect it once, and then everything else is managed right from your browser. Just connect your files and start organizing.
Yes, however you can choose which folders to organize. Don't want us to touch your desktop? No problem, just do not select that folder during the setup. File Fairy only works with what you allow—it’s not scanning your entire system (unless you provide permission to do so, as it can be great to delete those extra system files that you don't actually need anymore).
Your privacy is very important to us. We never store your files or use your data to train our AI. Our AI can read not only the meta data (file names, document types, file size) of your files, but it can also detect what your files are about. This is the beauty of our platform compared to others. We can be far more effective because we understand the files, but we keep all your information 100% private and secure. All processing is done on your local machine when you connect data sources like MacOS and Windows.
